Lou Ann Thomas is a Marshall native. Born, raised and chose to spend her adult life helping the community. She graduated from Marshall High School in 1990, Missouri Valley College in 1994 with an Elementary Education degree. In August of 2014 she became a licensed Real Estate Agent, working for Tower Realty in Marshall. For several years she has been a member of the Million Dollar Club and recently met the Summit Level in selling Real Estate.

Lou Ann has been married to her husband, Lance since 1992. They have raised two children. A daughter, Kali who graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia with a master’s degree and moved back home to Marshall to pursue her career and raise a family. A son, Lance who also graduated from University of Missouri- Columbia and is currently living in KC attending Cleveland Chiropractic School in Overland Park.
Lance and Lou Ann are also proud grandparents of their beautiful granddaughter, Adley.

Lou Ann’s hobbies over the years include floating the rivers in Missouri, hunting and fishing, horseback riding, attending sporting events and concerts, gardening and visiting Missouri wineries, all enjoyed with family and friends. Lou Ann also enjoys helping people find their perfect home. She feels that selling real estate is so much like a hobby because she enjoys the job and loves helping others!
